Hiring the Hall

To book the Wellington Heath Memorial Hall for a single or multiple event you can:

Please look at the Events Calendar to see what events are on and which periods are available for hire. Rates are applied per hour.

Booking forms will be issued following confirmation of availability and the conditions of hire are stated (and attached) below along with our Fire Safety Plan, for your reference.
If you wish to book the Hall for a public event, that is an event where you allow entry to the general public, then special conditions apply which will be explained by our Booking Secretary.

All hire periods must include any time required for ‘setting up’ and ‘clearing up’.

Clubs and societies are charged Parish Resident rates if their events are open to all.
