Booking forms will be issued following confirmation of availability with the conditions of hire
If you wish to book the Hall for a public event, that is an event where you allow entry to the general public, then special conditions apply which will be explained by our Booking Secretary.

All hire periods must include any time required for ‘setting up’ and ‘clearing up’
Clubs and societies are charged Parish Resident rates if their events are open to all
